We get many calls from existing and prospective property owners inquiring as to “what we do” to earn and keep their business. It is true, property assessments and oversight are a core aspect of our business. We perform our best service when we help to monitor the condition and well-being of your property, and serve our tenants by providing a safe and habitable place to reside.
We do several types of Property Assessments at Properties Plus. Our Maintenance Manager conducts a walk-through at the property prior to tenant occupancy to verify property condition, using the latest in video technology. We perform a walk-through in the event of routine maintenance at a property (furnace filter changes, sprinkler blow-outs etc.), and in the event of a vacancy. This way, our property owners know that their property is well cared for and that HOA covenants are being followed, landscaping is properly cared for, and their investment is being protected. Properties Plus recommends an additional walk through of a property every 6 months to ensure lease compliance. These walk-throughs must come at the owner’s request and will be a minimum cost of $60 to the owner
